Facebook supports so many videos sizes its hard to keep track. Sizes including 16:9, 1:1 (carousel), 4:5, 2:3. Vertical video is 9:16, this can be the most engaging format of video as it takes up the whole screen. Think about it, that's three times the size of a landscape video.
